Planning for the annual Sorghum Day pancake breakfast is under way now. What an unusual Little League season we had. We were rained out for three weeks, we had make-up games extending the season, and some teams pulled out of the League, necessitating a complete reworking of the schedule. But we finished the season w/o incurring debt, made some needed upgrades to the concession stand, and hundreds of kids got to play ball.
Our vision assistance program is active and productive. We contributed to all OK Lions projects last fiscal year. We have a contribution scoreboard in place to track our progress this fiscal year. We have members serving beyond the club level. We are expecting a fantastic Lion year.
